Stations Set-Up & Movement Instruction/Warm-Up (:15 - :30)

Athletes may place plates under each foot of the bench to raise it enough to manage getting under the bench safely.
The body from Hands to Toes should start and return to the vertical plane for each Toes to Rope rep.
Circus Bear Walk should be done with hands flat, straight legs and tippy toes on floor.
Reverse WB rep consists of: Glass floor touch of WB to ground, backward toss to contact WB to Target, controlled two hands catch
