Notes for today:
Start heavy and increase weight each set of deadlifts whilst maintaining sound mechanics.
For the breathing DBs bench execution is as follows:
Starting in good bench position with DBs in hands and arms locked out;
Perform two full inhale/exhale cycles, full inhale and hold/brace before performing 1 rep..
Repeat for each rep of DBs bench press.
Rest to full recovery before beginning next set of heavy Deadlift
