Notes for today:

This task-priority couplet is all about moving external load for a moderate volume that lets athletes chase intensity.
Burpees may be performed laterally and should be completed in less than 40 seconds.
Athletes should use a deadlift weight that is moderately heavy to heavy but allows for at least 3-5 reps per round.

Rest 1 minute between rounds
Score total number of deadlifts

Scaling:
Consider reducing the number of burpees if you cannot complete them within 40 seconds.
Consider reducing the weight of the deadlift if you cannot perform 3 consecutive reps.
